There are two meeting rooms at the Hans Memling Hotel – Memling 1 and Memling 2.
Memling 1 is situated on the ground floor of the hotel and is 45m2. In a Theatre configuration, it's maximum capacity is 50 delegates. 30 delegates can be accommodated in a classroom style configuration, and 70 people can occupy the room in a cocktail configuration. In a banquet style, the room has a capacity for 30 people, and 28 in a U-shape configuration.
Memling 2 overlooks the garden and is 25m2. The maximum capacity for this room is 30 delegates in a Theatre style, and 20 in a classroom style. In a cocktail configuration, 45 delegates can be accommodated in Memling 2. 15 people can occupy the Memling 2 room in a banquet style and 20 in a U-shape configuration.

 When planning your meeting or seminar at the Hans Memling Hotel, basic equipment such as an overhead projector, screen and flip chart are included in the hire rate. Stationery and mineral water are also included.
